The distant car park is an inconvenience!!! Waiting for a porter’s golf buggy in the rain is unacceptable!!! Fresh milk delivery should be standard in a 5-star establishment!!!

A wonderful stay with exceptional staff who ensured every detail was perfect! ! The spa was a true highlight, providing incredible relaxation after long hikes, making my experience unforgettable.

Some areas, particularly the gym and indoor pool, felt neglected with cleanliness needing improvement. The dining options lacked variety, which detracted from the overall dining experience.

the staff were sooo friendly and made u feel special, especially at the spa! the food was next level good, and our room was gigantic with great views of the golf course. loved hanging at the roman baths to relax after a long day. and the activities for kids were awesome too, perfect if you got little ones.

Spent 2 nights in a Classic Room Single. The room was super comfy with a spacious bathroom featuring both a bath and shower. Fluffy towels and free toiletries. The spa was amazing—offering hammam, sauna, and a jacuzzi. The on-site dining was delicious, too. Felt very relaxed and pampered after all the hiking!
